31 March is the deadline for applying the early registration fee but the deadline for the payment is 15 April as the result of the travel grant and registration waivers as well as the selection for oral presentations will be announced by 31 March.

Registration fees include:

Grants and discounts

Depending on pending support from various sources a limited number of grants will be available. Grant applicants are kindly requested not to arrange any payments before the decision of the committee in order to avoid the higher payment. All applicants will be notified on the decision until 4 April. The payment is due on 15 April.

Registration waivers will be awarded based on submitted scientific problems that requires multi-disciplinary approach. The best problems will be assigned to teamworks in the workshop. Grant application can be done during your online registration.

Travel grant can be requested from the Organizing Committee, too. Application can be done during your online registration. The travel grants are partially sponsored by the Science Signaling journal.

Institutional discount: 15% discount from the registration fee for participants if at least three of them are coming from the same institute/company. Can also be applied even for one participant if coming from an institute of a speaker of the workshop. Application by e-mail to the Organizers.

Society discount: 15% discount from the registration fee for participants that are members to at least one of the following societies:

• MABIT (Hungarian Bioinformatics Society)
• MBKE (Hungarian Biochemical Society)
• MAGE (Hungarian Genetical Society)

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Same applies for hotel charges. See also the general terms and conditions here.

Payment

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. In any case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Credit Card
For the onlinde payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). Cancellation policy of registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) -
  in case of cancellation received before 1 June 2014
• 50% refund –
  in case of cancellation received before 14 July 2014
• No refund -
  in case of cancellation, received after 15 July 2014
